Extends upward from a simple flat position to 16" high once the bottle is placed on center and the handles are stretched upward. A simple fabric collar piece (4-1/2" x 2-1/2") accompanies this model to keep the handles together while carrying the bottle. This piece has a solid circle and a cut-out circle. The solid circle is for a custom imprint. The hollow circle holds the two handles together. In addition, there is a 3/4" slit next to the hole that lets you slip the collar over one handle strap so you don't lose it. Laid flat: 7-14" wide, 17-1/8" long. Fold flat for easy storage. Stretched out they become a one or two wine bottle carrier or stemware holder in an instant. Made of a special strong, flat woven plastic-backed textile fabric. Laid flat: 7-14"
